Information We Collect

When you create a Ringaroos account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and country. When you set up emergency contacts and safety alerts within the app, we store the contact details, custom messages, and — only when a safety alert is triggered and you've granted the relevant permissions — location and photo/video information needed to notify your trusted contacts.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your account, deliver the fake-call and safety-alert features, process subscription payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment Processing

Payments made through our website are processed by Square and entered directly on this website — your card details are tokenized securely in your browser and sent straight to Square. We never see or store your card number, and you are never redirected to an external payment page.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through the contact form on this website.
