Terms of Use

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Ringaroos account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website.

The Service

Ringaroos provides a fake-call and personal-safety alerting tool. It is intended to help you exit uncomfortable situations and notify trusted contacts — it is not a substitute for emergency services. In a genuine emergency, always contact your local emergency number directly.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are a one-time payment via Square that grants access for the plan's duration (e.g. monthly, every 6 months, or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Plans do not renew automatically — you'll need to make a new purchase once your current plan expires if you want to keep using Ringaroos. A free trial, where offered, lasts 10 days and does not require payment information.

Cancellation

Since paid plans are one-time purchases that don't renew automatically, there's no subscription to cancel — your access simply continues until the plan's expiry date, with no further charge afterward.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
